My phone went dropped dead

so I dropped my phone off of my bed and when I went to pick it up the phone was a little responsive the screen would sorta turn on but the light would be a dark blueish- blackish light and it was dim my phone after that went dead and its now unresponsive I’m so confused on what happened and I need help, who knows what to do?

NOTE: this phone has been replaced twice before and its a hand-me-down

Backlight no image is a symptom of a phone that is auto-booting to DFU mode—-which would likely mean flash memory corruption in this scenario.


Alternatively, iPhone 6 can get “no image” from long screw damage during a screen replacement.


Next step—-plug it into the computer and see if iTunes recognizes the phone in DFU mode (it will ask you to restore)

The same thing happened to me with my iPod. My screen has these weird colors and things. You just need to figure out which part of the phone is broken. Another thing: Sometimes you might’ve got inverted colors mode on. You can fix it from your settings. I hope it gets fixed! ;)
