With Hard Drive ( label up communication / power connectors down )
it is the ( 3rd set of pins from Right = 2nd set of pins from Left ) I used a
jumper from an old drive no longer in use. This will force the drive to use
the appropriate 1.5 Gb/s Data Transfer Speed/Mode.
