During a call when I put the phone on speaker the voice is clear but when kept normally the voice is muffled.Also songs sound clear …but when headphone is attached…the same issue of muffle occurs again

Hello. Seems that there a several reports of audio problems with the Galaxy A8. Perhaps contact Samsung and see what they can do. It seems to be a complex problem.
