My charge 4 doesnt respond
When i wanna turn on my charge 4, every light flashes for a moment, and not even give a sound, doesnt turning on, wont charge, and it wont charge my phone

Try factory reset, if possible: Right after pressing the power button press the bluetooth button and + button at the same time for three seconds.

It sounds like it is broken, or, it need a good 4 hours charging.
