You could have a few different issues!
- The first is the connection to your source (Phone or PC) - Bluetooth or Wired
- The second is the source of the music - Onboard MP3 file or Streamed
- The third is the speakers health - If you play music to loudly over time the speaker will degrade.

This happens whether I’m connected to my Mac Book Pro, or Windows 10 gaming PC. Annoying
