Why are there lines on my screen and it’s no very bright/faded

I dropped my phone and now has intermittent vertical lines across the screen. If you tap the back of the phone, horizontal lines will appear. Sometimes mirroring words/images below and eventually disappear

Sounds like a broken LCD to me. Replace the screen and see how that goes.
