I replaced a battery on my iphone 5c following the instructions on ifixit using an ifxit kit. The replacement went well, the device powers up and the display works however the touchscreen does not work at all. There are no apparent cracks on the display and the device was working before I replaced the battery.

Friend, have you tried to check the connectors?
the most important is, check the display connection meshes .
and notice if there is no crack in the mesh
