Note 8 screen unresponsive and phone not powering on

Hi there,

I have a Samsung Note 8 where my screen died randomly and now isn’t powering on. I even tried doing a hard reset (volume down + power) and could not get any signs of life on my phone. When I connect to a charger I still don’t get any power on the device; however, when I use my voltage current tester, I can see that I am getting 1.11-1.12 A into the device. When I connect to my PC I get an error that says “power surge on the USB port unknown USB device needs more power than the port can supply”.

Things I have tried are,

changing new screen - unresponsive

changing battery - unresponsive

changing charging port - unresponsive

old screen + new battery + new charging port - unresponsive

new screen + old battery + new charging port - unresponsive

I am starting to believe that the phone has some issues on the logic board but was curious to see if anyone else here has ever had this issue before.
