My speaker is not working
I can hear a call useing the headphones or then placing the call on speaker.I can't hear the caller and they cant hear me if headphones or speaker are not used.

Sounds like your Ear Speaker is faulty

The [gekoppeld product ontbreekt of is uitgeschakeld: IF142-003] includes the ear speaker and is much easier to replace as an assembly
