Not working at all
Nothing is working so disconnected the motor now the lights work with music. So I assume the motor is no good , is this so and can I get a replacement motor.

It could be that the motor or gears are jammed, in which case the stalled motor will take a heavy current, dragging te battery voltage down to a point where the lights and music don’t work. If you disassemble it you should be able to see whether the motor spindle turns freely or whether something else is jamming it. You may find some markings on the motor and if you search online you may find a supplier, almost certainly in the Far East.
