I have My Iphone 6 model. It was fell in the water few days back. after that problem is started. after some days when again switched on my that started working actively but later on again stopped working some time camera start working and some time it shows error. Why is it So??

That is because there is liquid inside the phone that caused corrosion near the rear camera connector and components that are related for it as well on the logic board.
To fix that the phone needs to be taken to a reputable repair shop for liquid damage evaluation. Leaving liquid damaged phones untreated for too long can end up with a dead phone.
