Settings is not working?
Every time I click settings, settings popped up but it doesn't show any of my options?

Turn it off and then turn it on. ( restart)
If it doesn’t work you can always try a Hard Reset.
“Press and hold the Volume up button, then briefly press the Power button. Keep pressing the Volume up button. Scroll to the desired language using the Volume down button, then press the Power button. Scroll to wipe data/factory reset by pressing the Volume down button.”
Or just search for Hard reset (your phone model) and look for videos and tutorials.
I’m almost sure this will fix your problem.

I've tried that twice and it still shows nothing in my settings, its the pop 7
Well in that case buddy you have to reinstall your firmware ou update your rom,
It means wipe it up and install a new software.
Search for Tutorials how to install new rom (your phone model) and read carefully before try anything. Good luck!
