Why is there an M where the blue tooth connect button is?

My JBL flip 4 came today & sounds very odd plus there is an M where the blue tooth button is! Could i have been sold knock off or was this made for another country. I cant find another JBL flip 4 that has an M button instead of the Bluetooth sign. Any info or thoughts would be appreciated
