Every so often a grey and white screen flashes on my screen?
Randomly, when I am using my laptop the screen will flash white and grey lines for a brief moment?

could be an issue with the memory or the video dispaly (either GPU or LCD). Of course, one can never rule out a driver issue either. TRy to update the driveer for your Lenovo and the OS you are using. Intermittent errors are difficult to figure out. I’d start of by running the laptop with an external monitor, after updating the driver. See if this occurs with that as well.
