Reset to factory settings
Hp touchsmart 300..... I need to reset this computer but it keeps crashing at the screen ‘ choose your keyboard layout’ after restarting .... please help

There is no factory reset. In windows, depending on the version, this may be called refresh.

Hi tinaround2, any BSOD or just restart?

I don’t know. I just follow the reset as a recycled computer ( family member gave me the computer) and it freezes after it restarts itself with the reset
