The phones are iCloud locked. You’ll need to ask the seller to unlock them if he can’t then return them and get your money back as they are likely stolen!

And No there is no way to unlock them. Think of it this way… You have an egg in your hand without cracking (opening) the shell open can you get whats inside out? Nope!

Same here you can’t get in without breaking the iPhone.

They don't have icloud account open i mentioned that i have restored them with itunes in DFU mode they started like every unlocked iphone

Anyway thanks for your contribution

DFU mode does not undo the iCloud lock. All you've done is refreshed the phones firmware if needed

So I assume these phones have passed the activation setup page.

Is the Wi-Fi able to turn on? Or is it stuck greyed out off?

@danj If you hard reset the iPhone and it has iCloud and find my iPhone on you just can't pass the activation setup page. They passed it as they don't have iCloud lock.

@benjamen50 The WiFi turns on and its range is perfect but in every router that i want to connect even with password or no password the popup just shows up and says "Incorrect password" or "Unable to join network"

Help! I have the same issue and my iPhone is brand new from o2 the day they were launched so I know it’s not a knock off!

Bring your phone to an Apple Store with your sales receipt.

It turns out your phones ID may have been stolen by someone! Basically, they used a utility Apple made available a few years ago to find unused Phone ID's to use on their phone. So when you tried to setup via the activation setup page it won't work!
