Why does it just keep going in a circle?

My 870 is 1.5 years old. This is the first time that it has demonstrated this behavior. While it goes in a circle, there is also a blue light on the dashboard. I've never seen this light. We notice that the non-drive wheel seems to be loose.

@jpmokray the circle dance is usually caused by bad LED sensor on the front bumper. Slightly different model but same issues as on here
