Hi,
I have horizontal lines on my screen. Is this the screen that’s faulty, tcon or main board?
Any assistance would be appreciated.

@mcbane18 this looks like a main board issue. You do want to let us know what model you TV is. After that post some images of all of your boards with your question.

Hi, main board and tcon board have been replaced. Issue still present. Only thing left is the screen sadly
@mcbane18 I must have missed the mentioning of the replaced boards. I am not yet convinced that this is a panel error. Have you tried all different input sources and what were the results of that? Is there any chance you can get some images of the boards with your question? In particular, the boards that connect to the panel, the ones where your T-con board cables connect to. What model is your TV?
Lines appear on all inputs. There are two ribbon cables that go from the tcon and disappear into the screen area.
Those two ribbon cables should connect to a logic board on the panel which is then connected to the panel by even smaller ribbon cables. That is the board that most likely give you the trouble. It contains the source drivers for the panel.
I have a similar issue, lines slowly increased... And now it's on the entire TV.

I have the same model (UE55D8000, 2011) but it has vertical lines on the left side. I've replaced the T-con board (First Google tip) and tried other trouble shooting tips (Lifting the corner of the processor board, checking & cleaning ribbon connections, checking/pressing PCB ribbon connections, tapping components etc.) without any improvement (or worsening thankfully). I have ordered a new processor board but would appreciate any other advice.
