Here is a link to the ifixit Nikon D90 LCD Replacement guide.
Here is a link to some suppliers of the LCD screen replacement part for the camera.
It is not a recommendation to use them.It is shown to give an idea of the cost of the part. There are others online that may suit you better. Just search for Nikon D90 LCD screen part for results.
