Horizontal shadow across top of screen with rainbow colored line at bottom of shadow. what's the problem?

I have read somewhere that it could be the mirrors deep in the tv. I have the same problem and I am dreading going into the center of the tv. I checked the big mirror on the back of the screen and it was clean.
