Does the lcd and digitiser glass come with?

I broke my phone when trying to replace the glass. The ribbon that connects the screen list button (the left one, not the backspace or home key) is broken. So does the lcd screen and digitizer glass come with those buttons on them? I know the glass is just a see through for the light. If not, how do I get the buttons?
