Storage is reading 0GB

It reads 0gb in internal storage and I need help to fix this any one got a idea what it is. I want to use the tablet but I can't because of this. and also it wont charge when its dead and i go to use micro usb it will charge with the micro usb when its on but when it's off it won't.
