When I touch anywhere on the tablet, front or back, the screen starts showing white lines moving side to side, changing the color of the screen and turns it black. The screen is still on, but it doesn’t show anything. What should I do?

Hi, did you drop the device? if so your LCD is going bad, and even you if you didn't drop it your LCD is going bad, you should look online and buy the LCD and replace it. Or take it to a professional shop.
