This did not come from me, but I had the same problem:

Chloe Simms, has gave information about this problem, and it has worked for several people..

Hope this helps.

Check and see if you have enough water in the reservoir. If the problem persists, you may have a clogged exit needle. Check out the troubleshooting page.

With it plugged in and turned off(so only the faded menu is visible) press small and medium buttons together and release. Immediately press and release menu 3 times…may take a few tries, it will light up..press menu a few times till it says descale, press one more time.it should say menu again.then WHILE HOLDING medium button, VLICK MENU THEN VLICK SMALL.RELEASE MEDIUM. It will put it in a continuous brew cycle, let it run and keep adding water/switching cups, do this for 5 minutes or so. Then press menu once more, it will make a different noise and begin to empty the internal reservoir. It will keep running after it spits. .let it run a minute (15-30 seconfs) and hit menu again.dhe should shut down…power on. Remove water reservoir while on, unplug..wait 10 minutes plug in turn on, replace tank… cycle a brew, hope that helps!

On mine the on/off button on the back is a spring loaded rocker switch - pressing the on/off switch turns it on and the button immediately returns so the on side of the button up again - it’s spring loaded to return to the up position. Mine got stuck so that pressing the On button turned it On but the On button stayed depressed. With the On button stuck in the down position and I’d press the brew button the whole Keurig turned itself off every time. Turning it On by pressing the On button and then pressing the Off side of the button so the On side returns to the up position ‘fixed’ it. With the On side back up it worked fine. I sprayed my on/off switch with a little silicon spray or WD40 and it fixed the button so now it automatically returns the On side of the button to the up position and it works normally.
