Unable to configure Blu Advance 4.0

Hello, I just bought a Blu Advance 4.0 phone and am unable to finish configuring it. I already entered the email address I wanted to enter for that phone. It insists I keep on entering other email adresses (which I do not want to do) and won't let me continue to the end of the configuration process. In fact, it doesn't even have an arrow at the bottom right to continue till the end of configuration. Please advise.

What exact message does it give you? What email service are you using?
