I cant turn it on or charge it or turn it on

I have a 120 gb zune when I plug it in I get no response , I try to turn it on no response ...can anyone help me I would greatly appreciate it...thank you in advance

@synestar all of the issue point toward a failed battery. Possibly discharged below it's charging threshold. Replace it by using this guide Microsoft Zune 80 which should be identical to your 120GB
