Is this just the outside door handle that won't open the door ? You have tried the inside release handle....does it work normally ? These issues are usually the result of the failure of the crummy plastic linkage clips that automakers use on modern autos. Requires getting door open usually you can get that done by removing the inside trim panel to get at the lock linkage directly.
