Why is it stuck in a boot loop?

I can't do anything.Tried going into recovery,tablet will just turn off and do nothing.I boot up the tablet,an Envizen logo in a blue background appears.After 5 seconds ,it turns off and boots again into the same logo everytime.Holding the power button and =/- turns it off completely or does nothing at all.Can you help me please?
