I spilled tea on my trackpad,I stupidly just dried it off the surface that was it.Because I was using a wireless mouse I didnt notice it immediately but about an hour later I noticed that the trackpad isnt working,the buttons on the trackpad are fine but not the trackpad itself.
I really need to get out of this situation as its a shared laptop

The track pad will most likely need to be replaced and as a computer tech and someone who owns this model it requires a complete system tear down to the mother/logic board.
