What are the Red, White, Green and Black wires from the battery connections. They come from Battery Protection Circuit PCB but connection details to the Protection module are not mentioned.

That is not the designation of wires. Those are only colours. Designations are the signals/level/battery protection circuit connection signals.
Natalie, don't really understand what you are trying to indicate or say as it didn't relate to the question I have raised.....
