I was removing a screen from a fried nexus to move to my nexus, during the process the larger of the ribbon cables was slightly torn. Anyway to repair this?

nmerkey, From most forums I have read on repair LCD attached flex cable they recommend replacing the Screen assy., as few have success trying repair. Some say it can be done but with good experience micro soldering/equipment,tools/ Knowledge/patience. Video link below shows a repair being made on a LCD flat flex. Good luck.
