Why is the volume not adjusting?
My music is playing and I'm pressing the +/- buttons but the volume isn't changing. How can I fix this?

The buttons might be dirty or dusty. Try wiping them off or spraying compressed air to clear any debris. If that doesn't do the trick, the issue may be internal. Try repeating the step above but on the inside of the speaker where the back of the buttons are. Now, if that doesn't work, there may be an electrical connectivity issue, which would need to be professionally repaired or replaced.
