I have a BEATS PILL XL - I see it is missing the black rubber flap that covers USB/connectors on top of unit which has serial # on the underside of the flap that I need in order to return unit for recall refund. Ugh!! Can someone help? Can I get areplacement flap? Is serial # anywhere else on the unit? I no longer have the box.

@mamamaddog , Chris , Rubber flap/port cover does not seem to be available. You may have to disassemble and look inside for serial# tag. Check out the disassembly link below it appears the are a few tags inside the Beats Pill XL which may very well have the serial # on them. Good luck. I need to know for sure that the serial number is in fact inside the unit before I make any effort to open it. Does anyone know? How many alpha & numeric digits are contained in the serial number? Looks like there might be a couple of stickers in there when the unit is opened. Thanks for the help.

I found one at a flee market today. Same problem, missing rubber flap and therefore without serial number.
I opened it up and checked all the boards (the two button boards and the main board with the ports). No serial number to be found internally. 😔
