Thin red vertical line on my LCD screen
I have HCL 15.6" TFT LCD wide color monitor model-Y156W
There is thin vertical red line appearing in monitor screen PLZ solve my prob

@sumangal those lines are usually caused by a TAB error. The bonding of the very thin ribbon cable entering the LCD may have come off or broke. Apply some pressure to the cable at exactly the point where the lines appears. If that changes the line, than it is a TAB error. Most of those cannot be repaired but require replacement. Sometimes the application of a piece of strong tape applies enough pressure to create the connection but this may only be temporary.
