Replace all electrolytic capacitors on logic board.
If there was not already enough damage from capacitor leakage on the logic board, you might just get it working by simply replacing capacitors.
Sometimes it is possible to temporarily resurrect these logic boards by washing them.

He will sell you the correct replacement capacitors or do the repair for you. He's not the fastest guy in world but he does a very thorough job.
