I lost my charger and I want to connect a universal charger up to

I can't read the polarity on my coby mid9742 The paint has worn off so its hard to read and I got a universal charger to charge it but I want to set polarity right. can anyone help me?

Hi,

Your adapter needs to be set at 5V DC +ve centre pin of plug.

Here is an image of the power port taken from your tablet's user manual. You will see that it shows the +ve as being in the centre and the -ve as the outside of the DC plug. (Click on the image to enlarge it for better viewing).
