SGH-i317 Identify the memory chip on the motherboard

The Note II is dead and I want to destroy the internal memory chip on the board.

The phone is already in pieces, so just need a pointer to the right chip to break.

Thanks. The chip is just completely destroyed now.... Did punch a few holes in it and then burned it with a torch.

Just making sure it cannot be read. -)
