How can I fix error 48?

i recently replaced the screen on my sprint iphone 5c( i know it is not long screw damage), everything worked previously but after i replaced it, my phone constantly said searching, even after i ejected the sim card. naturally i went and erased all content and settings. everything went fine but it always said "could not activate, apples servers may be busy". again naturally i tried a restore. now it is stuck in recovery and always giver me error 48. note i also had trouble with the time going back ~13 hours when i unplugged the phone from the charger. i am on ios 10.1.1.
