I changed the housing of my phone 6 plus from silver to space gray. Now the touch id looks odd since I'm using the original touch id(white). Can I replace my touch id with a black one? If I do so, will my fingerprint sensor work?

No you cannot. The touch ID is unique and if changed will not work anymore no matter what. You must keeo your old sensor or else you'll never be able to use Touch ID on that device again.
