My battery is draining really fast. It is said to have up to 13 hours of internet usage on one battery life cycle, but I can't seem to come close to that. Why is this?

It's possible your battery is damaged or has suffered some wear and tear, which could affect its ability to hold a charge.
Try closing out any applications you’re not using, and keep the screen’s brightness only as high as necessary. You can also enable power saving mode from the settings page. If your issue still persists, you may need to replace the battery.
