My ps4 is not turning on tho it fell on the floor
My ps4 feel on the floor like flat on the floor when I tried turning it on it won't on what should I do

There are 2 common things that cause it to not turn on after a fall. The most common is that it causes the joints between the APU and motherboard to crack and become disconnected. Here is a link that will give you some ideas that might work for that: PS4 beeps once then turns off
The other (less common) thing is the power supply. Most of the time if it's the power supply you'll be able to try to power it on once but then it won't do anything at all if you try again...no noises, no lights, etc.

I dropped my PS4 and when I plug it it it doesn't beep or no light turns on,I tried turning it on with the remote but that dissent do anything ,is there anything I can do even if I have to take it apart to try find the problem I will. If you know the problem with it can you please tell me

I dropped it now when I turn it on is gives me a blue screen saying error with system software but I can’t log into my account to update and when I try to log in it freezes turns off then turns back on and does the same thing over and over again I’ve rebuilt the database and everything it still does not work

@nonsonazz that is hard to evalaute until you open it up. Use this guides and take it apart. Check for loose wires and obvious broken parts. Let us know what you find.

Also remove and reseat your PSU. It may have popped loose.

Try a different HDMI cable or unplug both TV and ps4 from wall socket and try again hope this helps

What did you drop it on a mattress

If you still have a warranty sticker on it and it has not been open you can call sony and maybe get it repaired under warranty, there is also a just repair solution for those that the warranty has run out. Hope this helps, as far as dropping it it has probably cracked solder joints, which require advanced technical skills and or equipment to be repaired sony offers this service.

My PS4 fell my Son pulled my Lan Cable and it fell. It was like 2-3 feet that it fell. It goes on and just goes back and the white light shows and my Controller is off. It doesn't go on. So what should i Do??
