Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 3 LVDS fuse blown? Display blank

Replacing cracked screen on 3rd generation Thinkpad X1 Carbon. Cust used for a while with cracked screen and then it went black after a few days. Installed new screen, still black. No image at all. System still works fine when external monitor is connected however checking in device manager built in screen is not detected at all so it's not just backlight. Thinking maybe a blown fuse or issue with LED driver? Can't find schematics for this motherboard.

Update (09/12/2016)

Motherboard part numer 448.01406.0011. Lenovo FRU 00HT361.

For me it was fuse f3. After creating a short cut it works. Really important to unplug the power while changing displays.

Good Day!

I have exact same problem after replacing cracked screen, I have x1 gen 2, almost the same smd fuses, for me the fuse F7 was blown i replaced it but still black screen and the fuse is blown again right after replacement, Can you read the number on that 8pin IC next to the fuse something like F28 or something, i need to replace it but couldn't find the part number as i can not read it, I think it is the power regulator or driver for back light. i checked all surrounding parts like diodes and capacitors all good only the fuse is blown which is connected direct to this IC, so i think it is short or blown, i see picture with torch on screen but no backlight,

thanks

I would appreciate if you add a picture to both areas of the F7 and Pin8

I could not locate them.
