when i open any application , even settings or contacts getting white screen and freeze. i tried restore OS but same, and tried replaced touch screen assembly still same.

Does it freeze all the time you have your phone on and it shows a white screen or does it happen sometimes.
If it happens sometimes and the phone is somewhat functional try these's steps down below.
1 - The first thing is to make sure that your iOS device is connected to the Internet.
2 - Restart your device. To do this, press and hold the on/off (sleep/wake) button until you see the slider. Then slide the slider. Wait a few seconds then, to turn your device on, press and hold the on/off button until you see the Apple logo.
3 - Try this fix: Launch Settings then tap iTunes & App Store, Apple ID and Sign Out. Now launch the App Store. Tap Sign In, and enter your Apple ID and password.
4 - Tap Settings > General > Date & Time and and turn ‘Set Automatically’ on.
5 - Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and turn “Set Automatically’ off. Now set your date one year ahead, like 2017. Now go to the App Store. If your issues is fixed, turn on ‘Set Automatically’.
6 - Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > and make sure that Location-Based iAds is tuned off.
7- Go to Settings > General > Language & Region. Change the current language. You may select any language. However, you may want to choose a language you know. Then open the App Store, if your apps load, then go back to the Language settings, and change your language back.
8 - Update the iOS software. Simply go to Settings > General > Software Update.
9 - Restart the all your apps running in the background. Double press the home button and swipe up on the apps running, preview to close it. Then reopen an app to see if you still get the white screen or freezing.

I can't open my emails either!!

I have same proble with ipad when I try to open any app. Screen goes white and freezes.
