Replaced battery but still discharges quickly.

I did the battery replacement kit and all went well. However, it will charge 100% but needs a recharge within an hour. This is what it was doing prior to battery change. Do I need to repair something else?

The battery may need conditioning. Where you drain the battery down to a % such as 10% then charge constantly up to 100% which takes about 3 hours but put an extra hour just in case it needs to do the 'trickle-charge' which may take a bit longer. Trickle charge starts at around 90% and climbs the battery % up slowly. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
