microphone not working after replacing digitizer

I replaced the digitizer on an iphone 5c and everything works fine with the exception of the microphone. I see no signs of any physical damage to it. Is there something that I may need to do in settings to correct this?

You only took off screen and unplug LCD and battery flex correct? Did you unplug charger port at all?
