Me the brew light stays on after I pressed the button and it doesn't brew or make noise .So what I do is turn on , hold on button, then unplug the keurig machine and plug back Inn, after the brew button flashes I press the button and after that it brews. THE KEURIG IT'S A LOT OF WORK
I'M GOING TO TAKE MINE TO A REPAIR CENTER TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY MACHINE P.S I DID ALL THESE STEPS TO CLEAN IT UP. ......
