Can I replace the camera lens of Samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0" with the lens of Tab 3?
Or is there any replace part (camera lens) that fit into this model?

Hello Josephine. There are replacement camera parts for this device and here you go this one is the rear camera [gekoppeld product ontbreekt of is uitgeschakeld: IF250-003]
Now the front [gekoppeld product ontbreekt of is uitgeschakeld: IF250-004] and here is a guide to Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 Camera Replacement I hope this helps and good luck with the repair.
