I have hard reboot and factory reset my LG G Vista but the touchscreen will not respond to anything what other options are there before I try and replace the screen all together

Maybe try open up the phone and see if the screen connection is solid and hasn't come unplugged.

my screen is connected and it comes on and it double taps but doesnt respond to and other actions just the double tap

also gonna note that its a verizon phone if that may be a variable in why its not working
