Mixing bowl locked to mixer
I cannnot remove the mixing bowl from tbe mixer, i have tried the lock and unlock tab.

I have a kitchen aid mixer. mine locks the bowl in by turning the bowl clockwise and unlock turning counter clockwise. Grasp the handle and see if it turns.

Great, thank you this was really helpful as I could not remove the mixing bowl from my Kenwood Premier Mixer.

Donna Mzrsh, is it the bowl that won't move or is it the mixer head that will not tilt back to free the bowl? Just to verify, this is a Kitchenaid KSM90?
