OK, there are a few option you could try. I hope you backed up your phone regularly. I don't know which phone your talking about... be more specific. I'll assume its an iPhone.
1. Restore your device, removes the iPhone code, but in return will delete all of your important data
2. Take a few guesses to what your passcode might be.
3. There are tricks to unlocking your iPhone depending on the version its on like IOS 5, IOS 6, IOS 7, IOS 8, and IOS 9. All of them are different and apple patches them up the next month or so...

If it is an android phone and you have a google account linked to it, access your google account on a computer. Go to your devices. There should be some options which will help you unlock your phone. Good luck!
